Job Description

About the Role:

We are currently looking for a dynamic and strategic Business Management Trainee to join our Management team. This role involves identifying and developing partnerships, managing our marketing team, expanding our business into new markets, and driving business with both new and existing clients and partners. This role will report directly to the Managing Director and play a pivotal role in our continued growth and success.


Responsibilities:

  1. Identify, evaluate, and develop strategic partnerships with relevant brands and platforms to drive business growth and expand market presence.
  2. Assist the Managing Director in identifying , developing strategies and deliverables for clients.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to facilitate business development and client retention.
  4. Work closely with the marketing and creative team to implement new strategies and campaigns effectively.
  5. Identify and procure resources that can enhance the efficiency, productivity, and growth of the business.
  6. Oversee talent acquisition to ensure that the company has the necessary talent to achieve its strategic goals.
  7. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and business process evaluations to assist with strategic decision-making.
  8. Monitor and report on the performance of client's business, making adjustments as necessary.
  9. Develop and grow our wellness and beauty category.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Marketing or related field.
  2. Interested to gain experience as a Business Strategist, Business Development Manager, Entrepreneur or similar role.
  3. Comfortable to be in-front of the camera.
  4. Outgoing personality and enjoy meeting people.
  5. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  6. Ability to travel as required for business development and partnership building.
  7. Some level of content creation (video shoot and editing) or marketing background is a plus.
