Job Description:

MC Models Global is seeking a Project Coordinator to oversee and manage modeling projects, castings, and events while ensuring that models are physically prepared and aligned with industry standards. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a keen understanding of the modeling industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage modeling projects, including castings, runway shows, photoshoots, and brand campaigns.
• Work closely with models to ensure they meet physical presentation standards, including posture, grooming, styling, and overall appearance.
• Collaborate with stylists, makeup artists, and fitness professionals to enhance models' readiness for assignments.
• Assist in developing training programs to help models refine their runway walk, posing techniques, and body conditioning.
• Maintain communication with clients, photographers, and production teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
• Schedule fittings, rehearsals, and coaching sessions to optimize models’ physical presentation.
• Support models in maintaining their confidence, professionalism, and industry-standard physique through guidance and mentorship.
• Ensure compliance with ethical and professional guidelines within the modeling industry.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in the fashion, modeling, or events industry is preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Understanding of physical presentation and body conditioning relevant to the modeling industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with models, clients, and industry professionals.
• Passion for fashion, beauty, and model development.
