ThermaFlow Solutions is seeking a skilled and motivated Steam and Air Conditioning Service Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing steam and HVAC systems for a diverse range of clients. Key Responsibilities:
Install steam boilers, air conditioning units, and related equipment according to specifications and safety standards.
Perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and repair systems to ensure optimal performance.
Conduct system diagnostics using tools and technology to identify inefficiencies or malfunctions.
Collaborate with clients to explain system functionality, provide maintenance recommendations, and address concerns.
Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and company policies during service and installation.
Maintain accurate records of service visits, parts used, and customer interactions.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC or steam system installation, maintenance, or repair.
Certification in HVAC technology (e.g., EPA 608) or steam systems preferred.
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, refrigeration cycles, and steam generation principles.
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
Team player with strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
