The Role: Talent Partner
As our Talent Partner, you'll be the conductor of our hiring orchestra, orchestrating the sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding of top-tier talent. Your days will be filled with collaboration, strategy, and a touch of magic as you:

What You'll Do:
Conduct Interviews: Channel your inner detective as you uncover the gems among the sea of candidates, assessing qualifications and fit like a pro.
Coordinate Interviews: Become the master of schedules, seamlessly arranging interviews with our hiring managers and candidates, ensuring everyone's dancing to the same beat.
Manage Candidate Relationships: Spread positivity like confetti as you provide candidates with an experience they'll rave about, ensuring they feel like rockstars every step of the way.
Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Get cozy with our hiring managers, understanding their needs and requirements like a mind-reading guru.
Develop Recruitment Strategies: Put on your thinking cap as you craft innovative strategies to attract the crème de la crème of talent.
Utilize Recruitment Tools: Dive into the toolbox of recruitment platforms and tools, wielding them like a pro to streamline our hiring process.
Ensure Compliance: Keep us on the straight and narrow, ensuring we're always in line with company policies and legal regulations.
Provide Updates and Reports: Keep the team in the loop with regular updates and reports on all things recruitment-related, showcasing your achievements like the superstar you are.
What You Should Have:
A passion for people and a knack for spotting talent in a crowded room.
Interest in recruitment and HR and/or sales.
Good communication skills, with the ability to charm even the toughest of candidates.
Good organisational abilities, because juggling multiple tasks is your idea of fun.
