Join our dynamic and growing team as a Finance Intern, where you'll play a pivotal role in supporting key initiatives in finance and gaining hands-on experience in various aspects of financial operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist with Accounts Payable activities in Singapore and Japan.
- Assist with the processing of vendor invoices.
- Support payment runs for various modes of payment.
- Help with bank clearing and vendor reconciliations.
- Contribute to the preparation of year-end audit schedules.
- Assist with statutory filing obligations and responding to queries from auditors.
- Provide support in reviewing and validating refunds or reimbursements.
Requirements
- Able to commit for 6 Months starting from May 2025.
- Pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates will also be considered
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in financial data analysis.
- Handles tasks independently and within a tight deadline.
- Can-do attitude, driven and passionate about work
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data
