JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Communications Intern at the OneSight EssilorLuxottica Foundation, you will play a key role in supporting the global communications team in building digital campaigns and driving awareness for our vision care initiatives. We are looking for a creative and passionate individual to help amplify our message and increase engagement across digital platforms (social media, our website, etc). AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES:
- Copywriting and Collateral Creation: Create compelling copy for our website, social media platforms, and digital campaigns to engage audiences and drive awareness of our global vision care initiatives. Collaborate with the team to ensure messaging aligns with our mission and brand identity.
- Social Media Content Development: Develop engaging and informative posts for our social media channels, using your copywriting skills to translate our work into digestible, shareable content that resonates with our audience.
- Visual Storytelling: Transform complex ideas into powerful written and visual narratives that showcase the impact of our initiatives, using both words and visuals to create meaningful connections.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all copy and digital materials follow our brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent and cohesive tone across all platforms and communications.
- Creative Ideation: Contribute to brainstorming sessions, bringing fresh ideas for digital communication strategies and campaigns that promote our mission and amplify our impact.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Copywriting and Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to craft clear, engaging, and compelling copy for website, social media, and other platforms.
- Content Organization: Strong organizational skills to manage content calendars, coordinate with team members, and ensure timely execution of campaigns and updates.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust to shifting priorities and a willingness to learn new communication tools, trends, and strategies.
- Collaboration: Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with colleagues and external partners on social media and digital communication initiatives.
- Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for detail, ensuring accuracy in messaging, branding consistency, and high-quality content across all platforms.
- Time Management: Effective time management skills to juggle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and ensure efficient execution of communication projects.
- Problem Solving: Proactive problem-solving skills to identify challenges and find solutions that improve content and engagement strategies.
- Global Perspective: An understanding of diverse cultures and perspectives, reflecting the global reach and inclusivity of the Foundation’s work.
- Passion for the Mission: A genuine passion for driving awareness of the Foundation’s mission and a commitment to making a positive impact through communications.
- Graphic Design (Nice to Have): Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) is a plus for supporting the creation of visual content for social media and digital communications.
- Able to commit for 6months FULL TIME Internship from Jul - Dec 2025.
