Masters Career Consultancy Pte Ltd – Assistant Product Design Engineer

SINGAPOREAN / PR ONLY 

• Assist engineers in planning, formulating action plans, and drafting technical drawings.

• Analyze engineering test results and perform cell analysis & evaluation.

• Conduct sample making, line trials, test runs, and handle sample shipments.

• Support new product introduction (NPI) and line expansion of battery cell models.

• Manage 4M changes for cost reduction and business continuity.

• Standardize designs to improve quality, yield, and productivity.

• Collaborate with QA and Sales to address customer requests.

• Investigate quality issues and assess cell performance risks.

• Adhere to workplace safety, environmental policies, and corporate requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent holder. Mechanical / Material / Chemical Engineering are preferred.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the manufacturing sector is preferred.

• Strong interpersonal skills, analytical skills, project management skills, troubleshooting skills.

• Able to work well as a team player while being independent and pro-active.

• Familiar with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, JMP, SPC, DOE, Statistics, are added advantages.

• Able to work in clean room & dry room (0% humidity) (Line trial or sample making).
