Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance
• Learn and understand the hotel's standard operating procedures and policies
• Assist in handling guest complaints as required
• Enhance guest satisfaction and attend to guest’s enquiries as required
• Assist in training and supervising staff
• Conduct regular inventory checks and place orders as required
• Assist in preparation of financial reports and budgets
• Attend meetings and training sessions as required
• Perform other duties as assigned by the hotel management team

Requirements:

• Proficient in MS Office application
• Willingness to learn
• Ability to multi-task and work independently
• Strong communication skills
