As our E-commerce Intern, you will be part of a growing e-commerce business in the regional automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day running of the e-commerce platform
- Monitor operational KPIs and identify pain points for sellers and buyers, providing recommendations on areas of improvement
- Maintain and ensure all products information such as pricing, promotion, stocks level, layout, images, copywriting etc are up to date and available-to-sell
- Manage and update the inventory on internal stock master file and multiple platforms;
- Assist in weekly report and contributing to strategy decisions.
- Assist in conducting market research, analyse data and reports to give recommendations and improvements.
- Sort, organise and update existing data and resolve discrepancies in data
- Responding to information request from authorised members.
- Monitor marketing trends and company social media accounts.
- Hands on working experience with analytics and data analysis.
- Performance and Competitors’ Analysis
- Supports the e-commerce team in understanding monthly, weekly and daily performance of campaigns
- Reports on going trends from competitors
- Interacting with customers to resolve unsatisfactory performances and understanding the customer demographic.

Requirements:
- Poly Students / Undergraduate in Business or Marketing-related may apply
- Computer literacy and familiarity with MS Word and MS Excel.
- Fluent in conversational English
- Must be able to work independently (with minimal supervision) and remotely
- Able to commit minimum 3 months
