As our E-commerce Intern, you will be part of a growing e-commerce business in the regional automotive industry.
Core Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day running of the e-commerce platform
Monitor operational KPIs and identify pain points for sellers and buyers, providing recommendations on areas of improvement
Maintain and ensure all products information such as pricing, promotion, stocks level, layout, images, copywriting etc are up to date and available-to-sell
Manage and update the inventory on internal stock master file and multiple platforms;
Assist in weekly report and contributing to strategy decisions.
Assist in conducting market research, analyse data and reports to give recommendations and improvements.
Sort, organise and update existing data and resolve discrepancies in data
Responding to information request from authorised members.
Monitor marketing trends and company social media accounts.
Hands on working experience with analytics and data analysis.
Performance and Competitors’ Analysis
Supports the e-commerce team in understanding monthly, weekly and daily performance of campaigns
Reports on going trends from competitors
Interacting with customers to resolve unsatisfactory performances and understanding the customer demographic.
Job Requirements
Computer literacy and familiarity with MS Word and MS Excel.
Fluent in conversational English
Must be able to work independently (with minimal supervision)
Able to commit minimum 3 months
Interns with good performance may be considered for full-time positions.
