The ideal Project Management Intern is expected to lead the company’s projects and see to its fruition. The candidate will take pride in contributing product ideas to clients, building and managing a team well, and satisfying client needs. This position is evaluated by the extent to which he can manage and build the team, and how he goes about engaging clients and bringing value to projects.
The position is within the Media team that focuses on projects with large and small broadcasters, developing video streaming and over-the-top solutions.
The ideal Project Management intern will be expected to -
• Lead projects through completion of all phases
• Business requirements collection – Meet with new and existing clients to discuss objectives and business requirements
• Lead the UX process - crafting of wireframes, advising on best practices and running UX tests based on business requirements
• Define project scope, phasing, goals and deliverables
• Develop full-scale developmental plans, general architecture and associated communication documents
• Lead the project team, consisting of UX, Design, Engineering and QA members, to meet milestones and execute deliverables
• Communicate with client, project team and management on project progress
• Run Agile Management best practices with daily scrums and regular sprints
• Build, develop and grow business relationships.
