We are currently looking for talented individuals who are smart and passionate-driven who can handle multiple projects and add value to the growing team of 25 Holdings.
As a People Operations intern, you will be responsible for creating a friendly environment workplace. You will work closely with our leadership team to ensure that all goals are met.
What You’ll Need
Work close with the People Operations and leadership team to build a talent pipeline to facilitate their team culture and business objectives
Perform competitive research, industry benchmarking and best practices that will set the company apart from the rest
Analyse different business units to propose and review compensation and benefits schemes
Identify business grant opportunities in building manpower capabilities within the Southeast Asian countries
Drive employer branding by monitoring social media channels and creating content
Constantly review and implement company policies, programmes and practices that foster growth, innovation, and organisational effectiveness across the region
Design and implement employee engagement initiatives and events to improve and build a strong company culture
Provide support in administrative functions to help increase employee productivity across the organization
What You’ll Need
Current enrollment in an Accredited College or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
Strong desire to learn along with professional drive.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, SPSS, and PowerPoint.
Willingness to learn and adopt new technologies in HRMS.
Strong problem-solving capabilities and ability to work independently.
Basic knowledge of labor laws.
