Roles & Responsibilities
- Keeping track of daily operation activities and supporting the sales team in executing its tasks and requirements.
- Handle customer queries in real-time and under pressure.
- Responsible for daily customer care with support for both local and overseas customers.
- Handle walk-in customers and assist with the opening and closing of retail shop.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and customer enquiries.
- Handle customer complaints and technical problems, and provide appropriate solutions within the appropriate time limits with follow-up to ensure resolution.
- Monitor comments and inquiries across all social media platforms and respond in a timely manner.
- Data entry
- Dispatching of daily orders
-Documenting of issues
- Daily ad-hoc tasks.
- Additional job scopes and responsibilities to be taken on with time, based on strength and performance.
Requirements
- Minimum ITE or Diploma.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- IT Savvy, with SAP experience preferred
- Excellent customer service, communications and problem-solving skills.
- You have a passion in partnering customers and the ability to adapt/respond to different types of situations
- Must be able to work both independently and in a team.
- Proactive and positive attitude
- Meticulous, well-organised and responsible
- Customer experience/service experience preferred.
