The candidate will be responsible for facilitating administrative communications for Linda Gallery / 33 Auction and providing support for the Singapore gallery team. We’ll require you to be a team player, along with having excellent communication and strong problem-solving skills.
Requirements: - Min 1 to 2 years experience in a sales admin job- Diploma or graduate in any Business or administration-related courses- Bilingual in both English & either Mandarin or Bahasa Indonesia to liaise with associates and clients- PC Literate; MS Office - Meticulous and detail-orientated - Knowledge of inventory control
