Responsibilities:
Working with the Business Development team to onboard and integrate new clients
Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the client experience
Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain product value.
Working closely with other functional teams spanning across marketing, business development, operations, and product, for timeline planning and execution, to ensure the success of clients’ projects.
Keeping accurate records pertaining to inventory and account notes.
Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services.
Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes.
Communicating clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
Calculating and analyzing project ROI
Forecasting and tracking account metrics, i.e. deliverables, expenses and revenue
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in quantitative major required.
1 - 2 years of solid hands-on experience in account management preferably in startup, fitness or lifestyle industry, with a strong performance record
Comfortable with negotiations, preferably having handled past relationships with top decision-makers
Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally.
A self-starter and motivated individual
