Responsibilities:
- Work with Project Managers to track event timelines
- Development of guides for customized registration flows
- Creation and scheduling of event-specific digital marketing
- Produce weekly progress reports based on client requirements
- Managing other administrative tasks to ensure the success of event deliverables
Requirements:
- Highly detail-oriented to ensure the details and timeline are executed accurately.
- Excellent organizational skills
- A knack for problem-solving
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum 3 months commitment
