4xLabs Pte Ltd – Junior Product Manager, Intern

We are looking for a highly energetic intern to join our Product team! The successful candidate will work with the Product Manager and be involved on the following tasks :

  Support the launch of innovative products.  Integrate market analysis into product requirements to enhance user experience. 

 Define and analyze key performance tracking metrics 

 Maximize efficiency in a startup environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are bread and butter. 

 Ensuring that layout, features, workflows and business processes deliver the expected business benefit. 

 Having an extremely hands-on attitude 

 Hacking out solutions and quick wins with an obsession to learn and try out new technologies and processes. 

 Provide technical support for teams to help them excel in their respective mission. 

Requirements : We want the creative and insightful you that is able to thrive in our fun and vibrant start-up culture. Hardworking and trying to learn fast. The other requirements are as follows: 

 Passionate in what they do 

 Driven and motivated 

 Must be able to adapt to changing environments and understand the business scenario well 

 Fluent in written and spoken English 

Preferably a Master Degree in Business or Engineering with a deep interest in technology
