Sales Associate (Full-Time & Part-Time)

【Main Duties and Responsibilities】

• Provide excellent customer service at all times
• Perform cashier duties and other payment services such as bill payment, cash withdrawals
• Maximize sales and profitability of the store, up-sell products
• Ensure store cleanliness with an organized appearance at all times
• Replenish and arrange products according to store planogram

【Requirements】

• Applicants’ minimum age to be 20 years old to handle alcohol and tobacco products
• Minimum Secondary School Education
• Clear communication with customers
• Team Player
• Organized and attention detailed
• Experienced with the point-of-sale system
• Basic mathematics and financial knowledge

【Shift Timing】

• 7 am to 3 pm
• 3 pm to 11 pm
• 11 pm to 7 am
• 6-day Work Week (for Full-Time positions)
• Shift Rotation
• Able to work weekends, the eve of PH and PH

Trainee Store Manager & Store Manager (Full-Time)

• $2,600 to $2,800/month

【Main Duties and Responsibilities】

• Manage and oversee end-to-end operations of assigned store
• Lead team members to achieve sales objectives, service excellence, and operational compliance
• Promote teamwork and coach team in daily work performance and career development
• Collaborate closely with Field Consultant / Area Manager to achieve business goals
• Plan shift roster and allocate team member duties following operational requirements
• Engage in the recruitment of team members and manpower planning for the store
• Implement and facilitate store operations, merchandising, and marketing campaigns
• Manage customer feedback and inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction
• Order, receive inventory and cash control of the store
• Analyze store financials from sales reports and recommend areas of improvement
• Ensure store cleanliness, food hygiene, and equipment maintenance according to quality assurance and food safety guidelines

【Requirements】

• Applicants’ minimum age to be 20 years old to handle alcohol and tobacco products
• Able to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays (6 days work week)
• Minimum NITEC certificate
• Strong passion for retail operations
• Keen business acumen and results-driven
• Strong management skills to lead and motivate a team
• Adaptable in a fast-paced environment
