99.co – Agent Marketing Executive

What you'll do:

• Take ownership of the agent comms automation strategy and work with various internal stakeholders to bring it to life
• Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns across digital, offline and social platforms targeted at agents to drive awareness and sales of our Agent accounts
• Assist in agent leads acquisition, monitor conversion, and churn rates
• Assist with a go-to-market strategy with new product launches; from conceptualisation, strategy, to execution of integrated marketing campaigns and adoption of features
• Assist in planning and organising events when necessary to serve as conversion touchpoints for our sales teams
• Work with the creative and design team to deliver assets to fulfil overall marketing objectives

What you are/have/will be:

• At least 1-2 years of experience within the marketing field
• Good understanding of email and social media marketing
• Knowledge and experience in planning and executing a strategy to automate customer onboarding journey and re-engagement comms
• Ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with Sales, Product, Customer Service, and Data teams to formulate effective marketing and promotional activities for agent acquisition and retention
• Empathy to understand and translate agents pain points and challenges to solutions
• A creative storyteller with the ability to influence and shape customer decisions
• Ability to read and understand data and translate that into tactical marketing strategies
• Deep desire to make a difference and a belief in the ability to mould the real estate industry
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work independently and in groups
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic, extremely fast-paced tech startup environment
• Operating knowledge in Adobe Photoshop, an eye for good design
• Proficient in Excel and the propensity to learn our platforms inside out
• Prior experience with platforms such as MailChimp, WhatsApp marketing is a plus.
