Job Description

· Minimum “N” Level, preferably with at least 1 year of relevant work experience.
· Possess strong initiative, meticulous with an eye for detail, good organizational skills, communication and interpersonal skills, a team player and able to work independently.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Software, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
· Comfortable in communicating with foreign nationals or workers.



· Provide general administrative / clerical duties and support (Data Entry, Filing, Photocopying & etc.)
· Handle incoming and outgoing mails/goods.
· Handle registration, invoice and payment.
· Preparation of course materials.
· Proper organizing and filing of Company documents.
· Track and prepare for any audit (E.g. Accreditation).
· Class scheduling and ensure all participants are informed for any rescheduling.
· Manage of the inventories: Asset, Office and Training
· Purchasing office supplies and equipment to maintain proper stock levels (E.g. Card printer ribbon, etc)
· Handle Quotation, Purchase Order, Payment Voucher, Delivery Order (if needed).
