· Provide administrative support to System Investment team for tasks related to budget application and approval for APAC
· To communicate across teams, departments, with Head Office in Japan and Overseas offices using emails and other channels
· Organize and schedule meetings
· Assist in preparation of forecast report and update budget master file
· Provide other administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the team and department
Qualifications / Criteria:
· Education level : Diploma
· Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in banking industry or financial institution
· Logical and Meticulous
· Proficient in Excel
· Good writing and communication skill
Contract length: 6 months
