DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
To perform body and facial treatment services according to respective Treatment SOPs.
To provide the appropriate consultation and recommend correct treatments.
To ensure total customer satisfaction during and after each treatment.
To build and maintain a good rapport with customers.
To obtain feedback from customers after each treatment service and report such feedback to Clinic Manager.
To promote and make appropriate recommendations of products to customers.
To responsible for the maintenance of cleanliness and neatness of the facilities, treatment rooms and other parts of the clinic.
To prepare the necessary treatment products, replenishment of stocks, towels supplies etc.
To cover duties for colleagues when there is a manpower shortage.
To ensure customer satisfaction through our quality service.
