POSITION SUMMARY:
As part of the Regional Commercial Team, we are looking for an intern to join the Regional E-Commerce department from now till December 2024.
To be qualified for this internship opportunity, you need to be a full-time student attached to an university.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Content research on major online sales and social commerce platforms such as TikTok, Instagram – keeping up with latest emerging trends and competitors’ best practices and trends.
- Development of A+ content for new product launches and enhancements of existing content.
- Conceptualization of consumer engagement campaigns.
- Partner with Customer Engagement Analyst in the Business Intelligence team in sales data collection and validation. Follow through on monthly performance reporting with inputs from the local markets. To recommend action plan based on insights from the dashboard.
- Conduct e-store audits based on guidelines and follow through with market PICs.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Undergraduates currently pursuing a degree in Business/Marketing
- Well-versed in Excel, PowerPoint, video and image editing software
- Strong data analysis skills
- Enjoys online shopping, well versed in Shopee/Lazada/Tik Tok APP
- Strong interest in influencer marketing
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive attitude with a keen interest to learn
- Able to work both individually and as a team player
- Self-motivated and self-starter, with a strong work ethic and a sense of confidentiality
- Possesses cross-cultural awareness and high emotional intelligence
- Articulate, deadline-driven, flexible with self-reliance to work in an empowered environment
- Able to thrive despite challenges while adopting a positive attitude under pressure
