KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Task 1: IT Fees Calculation - Current IT Fees calculation where we chargeback IT costs to the countries is a manual process involving an Excel or Google Sheet spreadsheet. We want the capture of the following inputs to be structured (form or program) which then updates (allow for changes/edits/removals/additions) the Excel or Google sheet.
Task 2: ICT Budget and Forecast Automation and Workflow Project
Task 3: SCORM development - We have a number of IT policies, onboarding topics that we want to develop into SCORM format (30 mins each) for employees to be able to complete on-demand.
The topics are:
- Onboarding of new employees
- IT Access Security
- IT Project Management
- Technology guidelines for App development
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent service focused attitude, focused on customer delight
- Communicate effectively on paper, via email, over the phone or in person
- Strong writing skills in preparing manuals and documentation
- Flexibility and timely reaction to urgent requirements
