(No Experience Required!) App Activation Associate- B2B Sales, Immediate Start!

About the role:

Do you have a flair for selling? Are you highly motivated and target driven? Do you want to be part of a growing team, working in an industry-leading business?

As an App Activation Associate, You’ll be part of an eCommerce Sales team, prospecting for new businesses to onboard to the eCommerce platform. You will work closely with other members of the sales team and constantly learn and upgrade yourself to be able to eventually train and assist others.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Customers: You’ll be confidently and professionally engaging with customers who are business owners, and hand-holding them through the process of onboarding to the platform

  • Sales: You’ll be maximising every opportunity to sell to customers, via prospecting via canvassing via phone and more… You’ll manage the end-to-end customer sales process while looking for opportunities to up-sell value-added services.

  • Review & feedback: Daily review and feedback on how you can overcome situations and eventually these will assist the new people in the team. 

  • Teamwork: Working as a team of Sales to be able to assist and help one another with experience and situations learnt. Help is given when needed, hence you are not alone.

  • Customer satisfaction: We prioritise customer service and always give our best to the right group go customers at all times.
