Job Description

Role Type: Implementer –Intern Role (Fresh graduates welcome to apply)

Scope of Work:

  1. AI Chatbot Implementation Support
    • Assist in the end-to-end implementation of AI chatbot solutions for clients.
    • Work closely with senior developers and project leads to configure, test, and deploy chatbot platforms.
    • Ensure chatbot integration aligns with client requirements, including language understanding, response accuracy, and conversational flow.
  2. Customization & Configuration
    • Customize chatbot features, including conversation flows, user inputs, and intents using AI platforms and tools.
    • Assist in configuring NLP (Natural Language Processing) engines to enhance chatbot performance and accuracy in understanding user inquiries.
  3. Client Support & Troubleshooting
    • Provide hands-on support for chatbot troubleshooting and resolving technical issues that arise during implementation.
    • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to collect feedback, debug issues, and continuously improve the chatbot's functionality.
  4. User Experience Enhancement
    • Assist in designing and improving conversational interfaces to ensure a smooth and intuitive user experience.
    • Ensure that the chatbot's responses are aligned with client branding and customer experience objectives.
  5. Training & Testing
    • Participate in training the AI chatbot by feeding relevant data to improve its learning capabilities and accuracy.
    • Conduct thorough testing of chatbot functionalities, ensuring the solution meets client specifications before deployment.
  6. Documentation & Reporting
    • Prepare implementation reports, documenting the chatbot's features, configurations, and overall deployment process.
    • Maintain clear and concise project documentation to track development progress and support the knowledge transfer process.
  7. Collaboration & Learning
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, senior developers, and client stakeholders, to understand requirements and execute the chatbot implementation plan.
    • Continuously learn and stay updated on AI chatbot technologies, best practices, and industry trends to contribute effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Open to fresh graduates or current interns from any field with an IT background.
  • Candidates must be local students or students with a valid pass eligible to study and stay in Singapore.
  • Basic understanding of AI concepts and Natural Language Processing (NLP) (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in the field of AI solutions.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
