What You Will Do

As an Analyst, you will support and assist Consultants and Senior Consultants to:

  • Design and conduct all forms of qualitative research including in-depth interviews, focus groups and observational techniques to derive meaningful insights for action
  • Design and conduct all forms of quantitative research including design of study, sampling, data collection, data processing and analysis
  • Conduct organisational diagnostics or productivity diagnostics and develop organisational development roadmaps to address identified gaps
  • Develop Human Resource strategy, policies and processesDevelop Customer Experience strategy and facilitate the development and implementation of client’s service excellence plan

What It Takes To Be In This Role

  • 1 - 2 years’ experience in market research or human resource consulting or organisational excellence will be an added advantage
  • Resilience and tenacity
  • Self-starter, self-motivated with a lifelong learning and growth mindset
  • Team-player with good people management skills including clear communications and ability to establish rapport and trust
  • Intrapreneurial – strong sense of ownership and responsibility, willing and eager to try new things, courageously questions the status quo when appropriate
  • Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills
  • Numerate with strong analytical skills
  • Knowledge of SPSS or intermediate MS Excel will be at an advantage
