Abacus Capital’s Corporate Finance arm provides a variety of customised advisory services tailored to the needs of Asian and European family‐owned business groups undertaking international M&A and capital market activities. Abacus has relationships with a diverse group of investors including private equity funds, hedge funds, business families and a deep pool of lenders including banks and bond/mezzanine funds. The Corporate Finance arm is also involved in international real estate investments with key undertakings ranging from acquisition of assets to syndication.
To support the finance manager for the following:
· Assisting in Fund Accounting
· Assisting in Corporate Secretarial
· Assisting in Fund Administration and Investment Portfolio Accounts
· Assisting in Group Reporting and Consolidation
Candidates we are looking for:
§ Required: Strong academic standing and current doing Dip in Accountancy
§ Highly motivated and an attention for detail
§ Excellent verbal and written skills; proficiency in English is a must
