Abacus Capital (“Abacus”) is an Asian investment, asset management and advisory group that is headquartered in Singapore with operations in Indonesia and affiliates throughout Southeast Asia.
Abacus structures and manages customized funds for investments in private and public companies. The funds focus on specific industries, with a view to enhance value through strategic management and well timed investments and divestments.
Responsibilities:
- Receptionist duties (e.g. answering phone calls, receiving of guests, arranging meetings)
- Provides administrative support to the entire team (e.g. Courier)
- Maintenance of pantry and procurement of pantry items
- Handles all aspects of office administration duties
- Ensures the smooth running of the operations of the company
- Assists in ad-hoc assignments when required
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in receptionist and administrative duties
Must be mature, pleasant, independent, proactive and responsible
