ABARA is an independent luxury fashion label based in Singapore. We specialise in ready-to-wear and exclusively bespoke luxury leather handbags and small leather goods for both men and women.
Responsibilities:
• Identify new business opportunities
• Create, develop and maintain customer databases.
• Develop and implement sales strategy in line with organizational objectives
• Co-management of wholesale customer accounts across the dedicated area
• Make sales presentations and follow through to closure of sales
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on new campaigns and strategies
• Prepare periodic sales reporting (fiscal selling, style selling, market share reports)
• Partner with Logistics and Accounting teams to facilitate customer service as needed
• Maintain an active dialogue with clients regarding product and brand positioning
• Seasonal store visits to conduct product training, maintain and promote brand awareness, and act as a brand ambassador
• Provide product and information trainings to all level associates before each project kick off
• Prepares sales and business plans, and drafts contractual information and technical specifications in agreements; develop action-oriented proposals
• Draft contractual information for agreements.
• Maintain records of sales, pricings, and activity reports.
• Achieve targets as set out in the sales quota plan by actively seeking opportunities to increase revenue growth
• Attend networking events such as tradeshows, conferences and exhibitions (in Singapore and abroad) to promote ABARA and generate new business
Requirements:
• 3-4 years of experience in Strategy, B2B Sales and Marketing, Business Development or a Related Field.
• Experienced with luxury fashion and wholesale
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Finance, Business or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong sales and business acumen in planning, organizing, information integration and communication
• Knowledgeable and up-to-date with news about trends in the category “bags”
• Active network of customers
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Knowledge of another language is a plus)
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Solid presentation skills
