Handle daily administrative HR duties e.g. Organise and file documents
Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours and bank accounts
Payroll computation and submission of CPF contribution
Preparation of employees payslips
Provide support in recruitment processes e.g. posting job ads on job boards, careers pages and social networks; screening resumes and application forms; as well as scheduling interviews with candidates
Prepare HR-related reports as needed (like training budgets by department)
Address employee queries about benefits (like number of remaining Annual leaves)
Review and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
