ABBA Maintenance Services Pte. Ltd. – Operations Executive

Job Scope:

• Ensure the smooth running of operations by working with operation supervisors.
• Resolve escalated client issues brought up to Operations by Customer Service
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly checks to ensure that operational processes are being followed by operations supervisors under your care
• Conduct interviews for new employees.
• Deal with escalated worker issues that your operations supervisors are unable to handle.
• Working with the sales department to provide operations input on large tender quotations.
• Ensure that there are sufficient workers to fulfil all cleaning contracts in your sector at any time by working with HR.
• Work with Operations Manager to improve work processes and grow the business.
• Prepare Overtime and Attendance reports monthly.
• Replenish necessary monthly supplies to site’s requirements.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, in any field.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Full-Time position. Ability to start immediately preferred.
• Working Hour(s): 9am - 6.30pm, Mon - Fri. Contactable outside of Office Hours for Operational Issues
• Computer literate
• Able to work well in a fast pace environment.
• Good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
• Bilingual in languages will be advantageous.
