Internship Description:
• Analyze trends, market data and competitive intelligence data to identify portfolio gaps and innovation opportunities
• Ideate and propose competitive innovations across pediatric and adult nutrition portfolio
• Develop consumer and HCP (healthcare professional) facing product concepts and claims for research, by collaborating with R&D team
• Collaborate with market insights team to define and execute market research (both qualitative and quantitative research) for new ideas
• Analyze research outcomes to propose refinements to product concepts and launch plan
Learning Outcomes:
• Ability to develop concept and claims and setting them up for success with consumers and HCPs
• Ability to analyze trends, data, research outcomes to identify gaps and opportunities
• Ability to identify critical business and product design questions and plan research around it
