Job Description

To support APAC and China operations, the candidate will be based in Abbott's APAC Regional Office: 

• Compliance activities on Training System Management and Document System Management.

• ISOTrain training administration.

• Assign/unassign training modules, Run past due, taken past due, missing requirements reports.

• Perform training reconciliation tasks.

• Support in update of Training Matrix and Training Annual Reviews. 

• Perform implementation review forms (IRF) for divisional and Abbott quality procedure roll out and reconciliation and ensure information is synchronized with the tracker.

• Supplier management support in Trackwise/Soltraq (online system to manage suppliers) at APAC site-gap mitigation. Track open tasks progress.

• Assist in management review presentation slides preparation and ensure completeness of management review hardcopies. 

• Assist with Coordinate metric and KPI. 

• Assist with minutes of meeting.

• Assist with Project coordination. 

• Others as assigned.

 

Minimum Experience: 

- Undergraduates of Science, Engineering, and other relevant Technical Disciplines. 

- Personal traits: Meticulous, team player, must be able to effectively deal with problems and internal customers. Excellent collaboration skills, communication skills, problem solving competence & organizational skills. Must be willing to handle and process large volume of paperwork. 

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, MS Access. System experience preferred using Trackwise.
