Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for supporting the Talent Acquisition function in the HR team
  • Interview scheduling, sourcing and conducting reference checks for candidates 
  • Support University Relations projects/events and liaise with different vendors 
  • Help with idea generation for TA Newsletter
  • Ensure all necessary on-boarding documents are documented in P-file and stored appropriately 
  • Any other ad-hoc duties within the Talent Acquisition function

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/HR/ Psychology etc. 
  • Strong interest in HR (Talent Acquisition), prior experience is a plus but not required
  • Quick learner with strong communication and Microsoft Office skills
  • Able to commit from September 2019, for at least 4 months till December 2019 (Longer internship period is welcomed)
