Looking for an undergraduate intern that can commit full time from January to May/June 2025
Main Task: Packaging Manufacturing
Responsibilities: As a Manufacturing Intern providing support in Manufacturing in the packaging section, He/She is expected to perform the following task:
1) Work closely with cross-functional teams, including technicians, FLL, engineers, and manager and support them on daily operation task.
2) Optimize packaging processes by identifying inefficiencies and proposing solutions.
3) Participate in quality assurance by inspecting packaging materials and ensuring they meet standards.
4) Alignment on execution of projects from a cross functional setting
5) Keep detailed records of packaging designs, experiments, and test results.
6) Prepare reports or presentations summarizing findings and recommendations.
7) Other Ad hoc tasks assigned by the Supervisor.
Project Title: FCC time reduction
Project Description: this project aims to shorten the overall FCC time by 3 hours through sequence optimization and/or scenario improvements based on scalability of operation. Looking into opportunities to shorten the critical path to improve the uptime of can lines.

Project Timeline:
1) Understanding of manufacturing line and process map of FCC steps – 2 Weeks
2) Brainstorming session with FLLs and Technicians and identify opportunities – 1 Month
3) Design and implement improvements in collaboration with Engineers/Front Line Leaders – 2 months
4) Develop metrics and monitor the usage/effectiveness of the guide in improving the troubleshooting time – 2 months
5) Conduct a post-survey with FLL and engineer on their feedback after implementation improvements – 2 weeks.
