Job Description
  • Greeting visitors, answering phones, and directing calls
  • Communication: Handling email, faxes, and mail, and taking and delivering messages
  • Scheduling: Coordinating meeting schedules and sending invites
  • Organization: Maintaining filing systems, employee lists, and inventories
    Supplies: Ordering office supplies and stocking supply stations
  • Equipment: Ensuring office equipment is operable
  • Research: Conducting research and compiling data
  • Accounting: Preparing documents such as invoices, memos, and financial statements
