We are searching for an entry-level HR Administrator who is hungry to learn, and make a difference. The HR Administrator will provide support and guidance to an external client in the F&B industry.
Reporting directly to the Talent Director the HR Administrator is solutions oriented and understands the important role HR and talent plays in a business. As a self-starter, the HR Administrator works independently with limited direction and truly enjoys creating and managing processes, acting as a true partner to our client.

Employee Helpdesk
- Provide first line resource assistance on employment related matters
- Facilitate employee experience through timely and pro-active support
- Escalates to Talent Director in case of complex queries where required
Employee Lifecycle
- Prepare contracts and letters for new employees
- Assist and support in the on-boarding and off-boarding process for all employees
- Work closely with Finance to support maintaining employee records including creating, updating and managing employee personnel files
- Ensure that all induction pack and offer letter materials are current, in stock and that all forms and documents are neatly typed and photocopies are of good quality
- Assist in ensuring new hires have the right on-boarding experience
- Ensure Fit Period and Annual Performance Reviews are completed and any performance issues addressed in a timely manner
- Issue letters confirming outcome of Fit Period reviews
- Responsible for the planning and coordination of induction sessions and other HR related events (one per quarter)
Payroll & Benefits
- Work with the finance team to provide accurate and timely data for new joiners
- Act as the key point of contact for all insurance related queries and provide data to benefit providers on employees changes including new joiners, life cycle changes and leavers
- Liaise with insurance provider for escalation and feedback employee benefits/insurance matters
Other
- Stay abreast of local Employment Law and MOM regulations, and ensure that all local regulations are in compliance for all employee matters
- Provide support on external queries such as background checks for ex-employees and employee certification letters
