We are looking for a Corporate Secretary professional who can provide support to our portfolio of clients' companies and help us build on an already stellar brand reputation where growth is fuelled by referrals. The ideal candidate must possess a passion for processes and structure, and a keen eye for detail. This role requires a solutions-oriented individual who is looking for an opportunity to grow professionally.
The ideal candidate will thrive off strong processes and standards and must truly enjoy being in a service provider and advisory role to clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Working directly with clients to provide regulatory reminders and updates for their businesses
- Assisting with new client onboarding
- Preparing minutes and resolutions, ACRA Bizfile filings, and e-stamping, including share transfers and share capital increases
- Administering the process for new company incorporations
- Communicating seamlessly both vertically and with senior management across the business
- Overseeing registered office support
- Ensuring client service delivery is running smoothly
- Maintaining an understanding of ACRA’s regulations and guidelines, including KYC/AML compliance requirements, and provide occasional staff training around these topics
To be successful in this role, you will need to:
- Have one to two years’ experience within a Corporate Secretary service provider
- Be accountable and adopt a ‘business-owner’ mentality
- Have excellent communication skills and can engage with a diversity of people
- Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and a proven track record of organisation
- Be an excellent team member that builds culture and morale amongst the team
- Be highly process and solutions-oriented
- Have interest or experience in Family office set-up, venture capital, and / or start-up companies
- Be hard working with a “can-do” attitude
- Take initiative to solve problems and ability to multi-task a demanding environment
- Be highly organised with excellent time management and scheduling skills
- Have good judgment and a strong moral compass
