We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with strong experience in the banking sector and MLOps practices. The role will support our esteemed client, UOB, to drive initiatives related to banking operations, data management, and machine learning model deployment. As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with key stakeholders to understand business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and ensure the smooth integration of MLOps practices into the business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, data scientists, and IT specialists, to gather and analyze business requirements in the banking domain.
• Leverage MLOps methodologies to streamline and automate machine learning model deployment, monitoring, and performance tracking.
• Provide business analysis support for projects related to banking services, digital transformation, and data-driven decision-making.
• Document and communicate requirements, technical specifications, and user stories to development teams.
• Work with UOB stakeholders to ensure that business goals and objectives are met through effective solutions.
• Help define processes and workflows that integrate MLOps practices with business operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, with significant exposure to the banking sector.
• Solid understanding and hands-on experience with MLOps processes, including model deployment, monitoring, and continuous integration.
• Strong knowledge of data management, cloud technologies, and machine learning concepts.
• Proficient in tools such as Jira, Confluence, and similar project management or requirements tracking software.
• Experience in Agile methodologies and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical teams, as well as senior leadership.
• A PR or Employment Pass holder in Singapore is required for this role.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance in Singapore.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).
• Familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
