Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Intern to join our team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer service operations and enhance your skills in communication, problem-solving and team collaboration. As an intern, you will support the customer service team by addressing customer inquiries and contribute to the smooth functioning of customer support processes. 


Responsibilities 

Customer Interaction: Assist in responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media platforms, ensuring a positive and professional experience. 

 Issue Resolution: Help resolve customer complaints, concerns, or issues in a timely and efficient manner, escalating complex matters to senior team members as needed. 

Data Entry and Documentation: Assist with updating customer records, entering orders, and maintaining accurate logs of customer interactions. 

Product Knowledge: Learn about company products/services to provide informed responses to customers. 

Feedback Collection: Help gather customer feedback to identify areas for service improvement. 

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer service goals and deadlines are met. 


Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in university or with a diploma, ideally in Business Administration, Communications or related field. 

• Technical proficiency: Basic understanding of computer systems and Microsoft Office Suit (Excel, Word, etc.). 

• Fluency in English and Mandarin is a requirement as you will be communication with colleagues/clients based overseas. 

• Additional fluency in other languages is a plus.
