Job Description

Administrative and Finance Assistant ($7/hr)

Job responsibilities

Data entry

Photocopying, sorting and filing of documents

Assist to submit insurance related documents to insurance agent

Verification of supplier invoice against DO

Attend to incoming phone calls

Perform other HR/Admin/Finance related ad hoc duties as and when assigned


Job requirements

Singaporean only

Minimum O level

Proficiency in MS Office application

No experience required as training provided

Experience in admin would be preferable

Good working attitude, self-initiated & keen to learn

Attentive to details and accuracy

Commitment to quality in performing required task in a timely manner

Able to commit 1-3 months
