Working day and time: 5 days a week

Job Description

Marketing 

  • Generate sales leads and reach out to potential students/parents. 
  • Design marketing collaterals and manage social media accounts. 
  • Conduct (marketing) analyses and make sense of data collected.

Human Resource & Operations

  • Run daily operations of the centre and stock up inventory. 
  • Monitor students’ attendance and progress. 
  • Coordinate tutors lesson schedule and duty. 
  • Prepare teaching lesson plans and teaching materials. 
  • Maintain accurate records for bookkeeping and audit purposes. 
  • Collect tuition fees and manage disbursement of cash for purchases.

Customer Service 

  • Attend to Whatsapp and email enquiries and maintain mailbox. 
  • Issue receipts and verify payments
  • Communicate with parents on students’ feedback and walk-in enquiries. 
  • Maximise retention rate of students as well as conversion rate of walk-ins.

Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
