Acelerate Academy is a newly started up tuition centre in the Bedok Reservoir neighbourhood. We aim to provide affordable and fun experience for students looking to improve their Mathematics by fostering a love for Mathematics, unlocking potential, and shaping confident, capable learners. Working day and time: 5 days a week

Marketing
- Generate sales leads and reach out to potential students/parents.
- Design marketing collaterals and manage social media accounts.
- Conduct (marketing) analyses and make sense of data collected.
Human Resource & Operations
- Run daily operations of the centre and stock up inventory.
- Monitor students’ attendance and progress.
- Coordinate tutors lesson schedule and duty.
- Prepare teaching lesson plans and teaching materials.
- Maintain accurate records for bookkeeping and audit purposes.
- Collect tuition fees and manage disbursement of cash for purchases.
Customer Service
- Attend to Whatsapp and email enquiries and maintain mailbox.
- Issue receipts and verify payments
- Communicate with parents on students’ feedback and walk-in enquiries.
- Maximise retention rate of students as well as conversion rate of walk-ins.
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
