ACP was incorporated in 1997 as an Information Communications & Technology (ICT) Service Provider. Our company set the vision of incorporating technology into classroom training for Singapore students. Hence, with the evolving technology landscape, we have grown and expanded our services. Sales and Marketing
We are seeking for dynamic and creative individual to join us as our Sales & Marketing Executive for our subsidiary, My Queen.
My Queen is the first prenatal and postpartum wellness centre located in Sentosa, supported by an advisory medical team. We provide prenatal and postpartum care for our quintessential women, to empower our modern women in adjusting to the intricacies in their maternal journey.
As our Sales & Marketing Executive, you must have a passion towards marketing and embracing latest technology tools to engage our prospects and customers. You will be involved in campaign ideation, planning, implementation, measurement of progress, and optimization process. You would need to be tech-savvy to enhance our brand awareness via digital tools. You should be proficient in English and Chinese to manage our company’s bilingual website.
You will be a strong advocate for My Queen’s vision and mission, and a passionate role- model in women’s wellbeing.

Responsibilities
Assist in the formulation of marketing strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers
Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Instagram, Facebook, WeChat, Weibo etc.)
Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness
Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)
Prepare online blogs and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels
Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website
Improve user experience in the company’s website
Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)
Acquire insights in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
- Cold calling to potential customers; closing sales and working with the customers through the closing process;
- Meeting all quotas for cold, active, inactive calls, appointments, and meeting or exceeding annual sales goals; and
- Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans.
Requirements
Proven experience as Digital Marketing Executive or similar role
Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM
Good knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)
Experience with creative content writing
Analytical mindset and critical thinking
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient communicating both English and Chinese
Minimally Diploma in marketing or relevant field
