Key Job Responsibilities
- Liaise with warehouse and internal store on inventory management
- Be accountable for daily delivery schedule and movement of inventory
- Ensure efficient logistics flow from Sales, Finance to Last mile delivery to customers
- Design and executive process management initiatives for Freight, Delivery and Procurement to enhance efficiency
- Act as a point of contact for suppliers and external partners (including warehouse partners and vendors)
- Improve logistics flow by running wastage reduction projects and data analysis projects
- Analyse and recommend process improvements
- Analyse KPIs and publish reports to stakeholders
Job Requirements
The ideal candidate should be/have:
- Analytical & project management skills
- Sharp, innovative and creative
- Proficiency in Excel, hands-on experience with analytics tools/apps
- Strong communication skills
- Good at planning logistics and process management
- Good with data and analytics
- Digitally Savvy, efficient and responsible for providing solutions to meet the needs of our consumers (on & offline)
- Able to coordinate well with various departments to ensure smooth flow of data and logistics
