Job Description
Highlights:

Responsibilities: -
- Liaising and coordinating with customers on orders.
- Promptly responding to customer queries via email, live chat, video, phone, and social media channels.
- Escalating serious complaints or issues.
- Invoicing, P/O and D/O, purchasing/receiving.
- Order processing.
- Work closely with E Commerce teams.
- Consolidate all monthly sales, online, offline reports
Qualifications: -
- Diploma in any fields.
- Have good customer service & communication skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
