Responsibilities: 

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts receivable and invoicing
• Prepare clients' statements of accounts and manage inter-company invoicing
• Administer and update clients’ receipts in CRM/accounting systems
• Monitor client payments and take follow-up action on outstanding balances/payments
• Perform basic full-book closing tasks (preferable)
• Assist in other ad-hoc accounting and administrative duties as assigned
• Proficient use of MS Excel for tracking and analysis

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in an accounting or finance role
• Relevant accounting qualification or experience in a similar role
• Hands-on experience with MYOB accounting system (preferable) and proficiency in MS Excel
• Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality work within deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
