Responsibilities:
- Handling of full-set accounts by ensuring that accounting books are closed monthly on a timely, complete and accurate basis
- Consolidation of group accounts
- Handle all payment and collection matters
- Assist the CFO in the implementation of the finance policy & procedures
- Monthly reconciliation of Accounts Payable, Receivables (including Bank Reconciliation)
- Liaise with Bankers, Auditors, Company Secretary and all government bodies pertaining to Finance, Accounts and Tax matters
- Ensuring all tax returns, tax declarations and other reports are submitted accurately and timely
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Work with the team for the group financial statement and reporting
Requirements:
- ACCA/ Degree in Accounting or equivalent qualifications
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Hands-on experience in MYOB accounting system and proficient in MS Excel would be an advantage
- Able to provide quality work within deadline
- Preferably to be able to start work immediately
