We are looking for a Digital Coordinator to join activeTV Singapore. You will report into Head of Digital in our Australian office and be responsible for creating, optimising and tracking digital and social content to achieve business goals across a number of our Brands. Your duties will also include creating and sharing engaging content to drive award entries, event ticket, raise brand awareness and monitoring web traffic and social metrics to identify best practices.
Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with demonstrable creative abilities such as content creation for social, EDM and website. As a Digital Coordinator, you should perform well under deadlines and be detail-oriented. If you are also an expert in content optimization to drive action and click through and own brand consistency, we would like to speak with you.
Responsibilities:
Technical able to design assets for social/EDM (Canva, Design Bold, Adobe Illustrator or similar software).
Build EDM’s in Hubspot/Mailchimp and distribute to contacts as required
Manage our CRM through Hubspot/Mailchimp and Award Force
Provide technical assistance to our internal team on Award Force/Hubspot
Create and publish engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets
Produced a content calendar for each Brand to ensure there is a bank of content and scheduled and own this.
Optimize content according to SEO
Use content management systems to analyse website traffic and users engagement metrics
Manage content distribution internally, to online channels, 3rd party digital and social media platforms to increase web traffic and convert possible entrants
Ensure compliance with law (e.g. copyright and data protection)
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Digital Coordinator, working across all facets from ideation to execution would be preferable but we will also consider Interns.
Familiarity with social media and digital publishing chancels, including paid.
Hands on knowledge with Hubspot and Mailchimp desired but not essential
Excellent writing skills in English
Attention to detail
Good organizational and time-management skills
